Seal out the dirt and stains before they start

If you have purchased a new construction home, or are having new tile installed in your existing home, we recommend that you have your grout sealed immediately, before dirt, oil and moisture can start deteriorating and staining your investment.

Sooner or later you will have to clean and seal the grout, especially shower and floor grout. While ceramic tile is a maintenance-free material (other than cleaning), tile grout, being porous, is not. Unsealed shower grout is known for accumulating black mold and deterioration. Floor grout gradually turns darker and spotted, and will carry bacteria and fungi, like any other porous material.
